- Decide what furniture, or items need to stay for “Staging”
- Provide seller with list of home detailing resources
- Make sure your Eichler is clean and ready for inspections
- Once bids from vendors are received, discuss each improvement and choose vendors
- Install secure keybox for all vendors, seller to provide two sets of keys
- Vendors to be put on schedule and added to timeline
- Order termite, radiant heat and property inspections, roof, chimney, if needed
- Order and sign all necessary disclosures
- Cleaners to give the property a good detailing including all windows
- Stage property utilizing all of our Eichler resources
- Professional Photographer utilized for pictures and virtual tour Discuss and analyze market competition, decide pricing strategy
3. List Property
- Install sign, brochures, & electronic keysafe (Realtor access only)
- Prepare home for Brokers Tour
- Post property on MLS
4. Marketing Property

5. Communications & Feedback
- Always available 24/7 Provide you with a timeline of a scheduled events, contingency removals, escrow sign-off, etc
- Follow up with all brokers & prospective buyers who have viewed the property

6. Offers
- Organize and coordinate formal offer presentation
- Review all offers; evaluate price, terms, financing, and timing
- Negotiate the highest possible price and best terms
- Secure a Great offer Coordinate all paperwork and escrow with both parties upon acceptance
7. Escrow
- Manage all paperwork, disclosures, and files for a smooth transaction
- Work with Title company to prepare closing documentation
- Handle and problem solve the myriad of situations that arise
